Very professional, courteous and on point. My wife and I were on our Harley. I have cleared customs worldwide for over 30 years as an international airline pilot. I have a lot of experience to draw from. No wasted time. No hassles like some of the other reviews indicated. After reading the negative reviews makes one wonder if there was more to their stories.

Consider installation of a dash camera or body cameras when entering USA at this entry point. There is one female agent who appeared to be attempting to make us angry, to try to make something up, to try to make trouble. Do we have enough for a criminal complaint? No. Border agents have great powers to be nasty, and it is not criminal. This agent had some issues, others were professional. Your experience may be totally benign. However, there is something toxic about this place, something tense and edgy that indicates the working environment in the station is messed up. Consider using another crossing if you have a choice.

I phoned in order to get precise information about what documents I will need to bring a motorhome bought in Canada, into the U.S. All info on the websites was extremely confusing. A pleasant Border Patrol agent told me very clearly about each document I will need. EXcellent service. Addition: 4 months later I discovered, through no fault of the Border Patrol, that I was short one document in order to register the vehicle in my state. Once again I phoned them (and several other entities). After being tenacious I received the perfect solution to the problem, from the Oroville Border Patrol, and I had the document within an hour! I wish I could send all these guys BD presents! :)
