I have honestly had some of the worst times with trying to get my situation taken care of. Since the office staff has made the switch and Kim is running the show it has been pretty smooth sailing. Back in July she worked so closely and was very communicative with me to help me through some of the steps to have my fines paid. This last week I got notice that they were not taken care of in full, I reached out to Kim and she responded right away and followed up with a phone call. She is the sweetest person and honestly is definitely here to help the community. As long as you are willing to do your part she will help you along the way. Thank you for running the show and all you do for the community! YOU ROCK !!!!

Getting extremely irritated because I’m late on payment due to no call back, don’t even know if they’re open because they won’t answer or call me back, have left multiple voicemails over the course of several days.. need to change court date because work won’t let me take it off due to late summons notice in the mail (I think it was forwarded from my old address, so that one might be my fault) but the point is is that if they don’t answer then I can’t change it. I’m going to drive 45 minutes down there when I work tonights 12 hour graveyard shift just because I don’t get a phone call returned. When they WERE answering a month ago they were nice and helpful and I like the staff, so far but my goodness..
been trying to get a hold of this joke of a courthouse for a long time...no calls answered no calls returned...but they sure want their money real bad
Customer service was very unprofessional. I tried calling multiple times over a span of 2 days to try and pay my bill. After many attempts, I finally got an answer. I was rudely asked, \are you the one who keeps calling?\ Do these people even want me to pay on time? I paid the fine in full. I'm glad to be done with the customer service of this court house. I hope I never have to call there again. I have been in customer service for over 7 years, and this by far is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Please learn how to answer your phone in a professional manner.
Nice to see a filtered water dog fountain and bowl full of giant doggy bones when you walk in to pay a fine...good to know our hard earned money goes to stuff like this....
