Mandy was fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to get us on the water as soon as possible. We highly recommend her. If you are looking to buy a boat from iguana ask for Mandy she is the best.

WOW – 100% impressed. As former Boat Appraiser for the leading boat insurer in the US I’ve interacted with countless marina’s across the US and have never been as impressed as I am with Iguana Marine Group. From our initial visit, deposit, purchase, and continued maintenance on our “new to us” boat the entire IMG team has been nothing but exception. Joel has done a great job leading this customer focused team. Through the countless interactions over the past month there hasn’t been a single negative aspect. We even lost our tube’s plug on our first outing and the IMG team was able to help us replace it same day! If you are in the market for a boat in the mid-west – they are worth the drive. Maintenance, wake-boarding, tubing – they are the place to go.

We were past customers of Joel's and were definitely excited when he and his group acquired the Iguana business here at Lake of the Ozarks. We just brought our brand new 2020 Axis T23 to the lake for the summer and after a few outings had a mechanical issue. Our 1st phone call on Monday (a day they are closed) was answered and we were assured the local mechanic would be available next day. Just for our piece of mind we also talked to Calvin their mechanic at the St. Louis Stateamind location that same afternoon. He instantly knew the problem and said just in case Marty (the local mechanic) didn't have the gasket on hand, he'd overnight the part to the lake. First thing Tuesday morning we were told the gasket would be arriving between 12-2pm and a mechanic would be out after. Tuesday late afternoon we had Travis the mechanic on our dock in our boat with the issue promptly fixed. Thank you Calvin, Marty and Travis for your exemplary teamwork and putting our minds at ease while also getting us back on the water in less than 24 hours during peak boating season. -Susan, Rebecca & Rachel

This dealer along with Stateamind are the absolute worst when it comes to Malibu boats. We paid them 2,200 to handle the warranty transfer/inspection of our boat when we purchased the boat from the previous owner. The two girls at the front desk were even rude when we came in the office because it was cold to finalize paperwork. First time out on the boat we found that both battery terminals were loose, mid ballast has a leak, all ballast connections were switched to off and they made no mention that we need to switch them on, middle whale super 650 bilge pump impeller is stripped, surf gates will not deploy, tower is out of alignment, observer side window has a gap, tower will not latch, and PNP rear ballast leaks. I have sent multiple emails and this dealer has been ZERO help solving any of these problems. We had to contact malibu directly to get parts to fix on our own. Good luck getting any assistance from them if you are not buying a new boat from them. This is our second Malibu and we love the brand but we will we switching to Nautique for our next due to the horrible dealers in our area.
