We had an excellent experience on the Lake of the Ozarks with Kali’a Maluhia SUP Yoga. Kalise walked us through the basics of paddle boarding before launching on the water. Then, she led us through a beginner’s yoga class. I highly recommend this experience!!

Love all the classes that Kali'a Maluhia Yoga offers. I highly recommend all classes you won't regret it very enjoyable and relaxing ,innovative and stimulating.

I've known Kali for a while now and she is such a beautiful person. She really cares about the wellbeing of others and brings that into her yoga teaching. She is a great instructor and I've thoroughly enjoyed all of the classes I've taken with her. She has changed yoga at the Lake, bringing new, innovative and fun ways to exercise... paddleboard yoga, bungee yoga and hammock yoga. Kali'a Maluhia is a great addition to the Lake! Be sure to check it out this season!
