This place has seen much better days. I'd advise the owners to move out whatever is left after you build a new, smaller, location for them. There are more closed than open stores! IMHO it's not even worth driving through it.

One of the few good Outlet Malls left in the state of Missouri! Plenty of name brand products and excellent layout of parking to make a day of it. Not all stores have great pricing so do your research on specific products ahead of time or be sure to keep your receipts if you experience buyers remorse. I found a much better price for quality handbags at their leather store than the popular store known for quality handbags. I found customer service excellent at all the stores. I love the Midwest!

No one who works there picks up trash or empty trash. Not many stores open.it used to have alot of stores there. Owners of mall dont care about the renters. I know for a fact . A place there they charge 850 a month just for trash service
