Sears Tech guys have been great to work with. The issue with the stove top is challenging them and they are working to get the issue(s) resolved. It is hard to blame them if they keep replacing the parts trying to find the right issue....I have a feeling this stove top has several. Service is great - I love that I can arrange service either through chat online or call the number and they can always find my contract. Now the product.....that is what I am not so happy with, but I think they are doing everything to get it taken care of.

It's sad this store is closing but again, customer service is spot on and knowledgeable! Stop in before they close to see the Lee Mace Museum located towards the back of the store. This is a part of history at the lake that you would not expect to see on a Sears store! Exceptional closeout savings going on now too!

My complaint is that just after the technician departed and I started mowing the drive belt broke. I called the Sears repair service and they stated that there was nothing the could do and that I had to make another appointment for service. The technician lives about an hour away and was possibly still in the area. Now I have to wait 10 days for him to return. Meanwhile my grass is growing and growing. I was disappointed that no one at Sears seemed to be interested in helping me in this unusual situation.

Should be negative stars. Scheduled repair for my wall oven. First available appointment was 2 1/2 weeks out. I took the appointment. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Turns out my cleaning cycle burned out the motherboard. Ordered motherboard. 3 weeks now no motherboard. Call the number Monday they say they will call back with when part will be in. Wednesday call again and am told is on back order. Not happy with this so call right back to speak to a supervisor and am told the order has been canceled but they can’t seem to say why and again say they will call us back. Been out of an oven for almost six weeks with no working oven in sight!!!! Update part was finally orders 21 days after initial repair appointment and arrived. Received part on Tuesday and had a repair technician out on the following Monday (today). Turns out it wasn’t even the motherboard it was something else the technicians had the part and got it fixed. No matter how nice these guys were it just was not worth the hassles. WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Sears just refused to service my washer because when they asked about fever, cough and shortness of breath, I told them \just my asthma\. Bam. Won't come out for 14 days. I told her I've had asthma for 32 years, it's still going to be here in 14 days, so then what? She wouldn't answer.
