They have replaced the Matrix A30 with a new machine, have only had it a few weeks but is working good. It is great that they replaced the machine after multiple failed attempts to fix it. Supply issues around covid meant it took months to get new machine. Original 1 star The service is fine. The equipment not so much. Matrix A30 Ascent trainer and the resistance has never worked and they have been out 3 times to fix and it breaks again within hours. Have to make my 4th call in the morning, they just fixed it today. Also I have written 2 reviews of equipment on their website and they been removed or never posted. The ascent climbers have either no reviews of one 5 star when I looked tonight.

The guys are Johnson Fitness in Oshkosh were helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. After buying my Matrix bike it developed a little squeak (turned out to just be a pedal issue). Randy , maintenance tech, came all the way up from Milwaukee to fix it. Randy was seriously the nicest repair person I have ever dealt with. He wasn't in a huge rush, explained everything well, and even greased up some other parts of the bike for me. I work in the automotive business and I know it's too often easier to complain about bad service than great service. I received great service and I love the bike too!

Bought an elliptical and massage chair from Johnson Fitness. Overall good experience. Knowledgeable and helped us decide what we needed. Only thing I could suggest is it would have been nice if the assembly crew would have worn booties and not tracked snow in our house.
