I saw what I wanted on the website and when I walked in the associate knew exactly what I wanted. She helped me check out. Fastest and efficient shopping trip ever!

The inside of the store is very bright, clean, and modern. They seemed to have a pretty great selection of bags and they also have a lot of watches as well. They were really helpful and asked me what I was looking for and even brought me bags from different areas of the store to look and and try on which was really nice and they they gave me some space to look around myself.

Bought a purse in Chicago that broke, made a trip just to stop in here and was told to just call a customer service number. If you cannot take the time to pick up thenphone for us and make sure we are getting our purse issue addressed, I will never step foot in your store again. Terrible customer service! Maybe we should be buying COACH again as they always went beyond our expectations when it came to customer service. If I could give you a Negative feedback I would.

Looked online last night and called the store to verify their new hours of operation with the Covid situation. Both sources indicated they should be open starting May 29, and that they would be open noon on Sundays. Got to the store location today, and there was a sign on the door confirming all of this. Stood in line but they never opened. Eventually someone else in line (who drove 2 hours) checked online again, and now it says the store is \Opening Soon\. Called the store location again and the voicemail still says they are supposed to be open at noon. Most of the people in line indicated they drove at least an hour to get there today, so it's pretty disappointing to find out they changed their hours at the last minute across only a few platforms.
