Still reasonably unknown Spanish Point is a wonderful experience. Nice walking trail with very nice views and interesting history of early settlers. Nice addition to Shelby Gardens.

Love this place! Hope they will change the yellow sign about bees! Orbit of the earth 93 million miles!!!! Times 3? He-he!

Wonderful outdoor setting. Few docents so most people will have a self guided walking tour using map handout. Not especially wheelchair friendly because several exhibits are only accessible via crushed shell paths. Amazing history going all the way back to 3000 BC

Everyone needs to experience this place ! I wish I’ve done this sooner ! Stop by the front desk in the main building in the front . That used to be a school. There’s a small library there and classes are given by local artists . And kids summer camp ! How fun . We loved the detail that went into restoring some of the buildings there and just preserving Florida history . We spent 4 hours there! With three boys that absolutely loved every minute of it. Just beautiful grounds . Lots to explore .
