I was shocked at the low review that was on here because that was certainly not my experience! I found these folks to be very professional, very aware of COVID-19 prevention practices and very easy to work with and they all have a smile. I forgot the Osseo office folk’s names, but they were really good! Zach in the call center was delightful! Great little shop with parking in front. Very convenient!!

Had a great experience there, communication over the phone was helpful and to the point. They had what i needed in stock and ready to pick up once i got there. They didn't try to oversell me on stuff i didnt need. Will buy from again.
I met the owners, many years ago at the Anoka County fair when they had a booth and they were a very small medical supply company. They have worked hard and built their business to what it is today. I have used Corner Home Medical for all my CPAP supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I have had different mask fittings and when I had to get my information for my sleep study from different sleep centers. I’ve also used them for support hose, walkers, assistive aids and more. They are definitely my “go to” medical supply place.
I had a simple call for Customer service waited on hold for over 5 minutes, must not want any more business from me.
I wish I didn't even have to give them one star because I sure wouldn't!! I have been through more than I ever should have with this company for several month just trying to get one item to help relieve my pain. I had to get an advocate from my insurance involved and finally they believed me that this was a covered item once she got involved, after all of that they called me FINALLY last week and month's later to ask me what scent of parafin wax I would like for a paraffin wax bath I had been trying to get, I thought this was too good to be true.....and it was!! I received a call the next day telling me insurance doesn't pay enough so I would have to come up with over 300. OMG!! I'm on disability, was a nurse , have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, lost my job due to severe health issues, ended up on state insurance and get this call AGAIN!! This item is 39.00 at Bed Bath and Beyond but I can't even afford that, I'm forced to go to companies that do this to people like me. The rudeness of the staff is totally inappropriate and I can hardly believe they stay in business doing business this way. I went to the old Merwin Drug in the past and this is NOT the service you would have received from them, terrible customer service and absolutely no compassion for their customers who are usually going through a lot if they are reaching out to them. I rarely leave a negative comment anywhere but this has upset me terribly!! Lisa Blesi Kurvers
