Great value homes and great community feel with an awesome park at the center! Jennifer, Phil, and Ryan were awesome to work with. We mostly worked with Jennifer and Ryan who were both extremely responsive the entire process and they’re still always just a text away! The team goes above and beyond and just came over to our house this week to help us winterize since this is our first winter here. Really extremely happy with our decision to build here.

I can't begin to say how much we love our home by Lennar! From the very beginning when we first wrote our purchase agreement to the day of closing it has been a wonderful experience and the best choice we could have made! The sales representatives Phil and Jennifer are amazing! The attention to detail and immediate communication are by far the best of any reps I've every experienced when building a home. They were there to answer any questions and so helpful throughout the building process and even now after closing, we know we can reach out if need be and they'll help in any way they can. The construction manager was also very easy to find on site and responded very quickly with any concerns. I absolutely loved the design center and highly skilled team that helped us create a beautiful home with ease and stress-free. This is an exceptionally reputable builder that has stood by their product down to the smallest detail and we have so enjoyed the peace of mind. We would definitely build with Lennar again! Another bonus....Amazing neighborhood!!! We've made so many friends here and it feels like the best place for families to grow together in a community that really watches out for one another and takes care of each other. Plus we celebrate all summer long with bbqs and bouncy houses with the help of Lennar for some festive and celebratory events. We feel Sundance Woods by Lennar is the best place to live in the Twin Cities!!
Amazing, family friendly neighborhood! Lennar made the home building process easy and understandable. Maple Grove schools are fantastic! Phil/Lennar was great to work with - I highly recommend this neighborhood and Lennar!
Lennar is awesome and so is this community! Phil and his team are always responsive and answer questions you have. Lennar often sponsors events within the neighborhood which really enhances the community feel!
After visited Pulte and many other new home sites. We decided on Sundance Woods, we actually been to 2 different Lennar sites. Both places have excellent sales staff who actually have the patience to explain all the options. We looked at Ravinia first (Derek was great), then went to Sundance wood, arrived at 5:50 near closing time and Phil burger didn't tell us to come tomorrow. He showed us the model and few inventory that is when we decided to go with Lennar. Lennar has many features included in base price. Highly recommended.
