MEI recently completed siding and window replacement. We couldn't be happier with the communication and responsiveness from start to finish, and the quality and professionalism seen throughout. Brandon Collins was able to work with us in the sales phase to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was responsive and attentive to our many questions and ideas and the end result was fantastic. Once the project started, our Field Supervisor Steve Faber was out daily to check on progress and make sure we were happy with the work done. He was always quick to get us answers on any questions, and made sure that our satisfaction was the top priority of the project. Materials arrived the day before the project started and were picked up the day following completion. The organization and coordination of everything was top notch. After the experience we had, we won't be looking anywhere else in the future if we need and exterior work done. In our experience, it's difficult to find contractors that are focused on client satisfaction, quality work, and efficiency, and open lines of communication in all phases of the project. MEI has checked all those boxes and more.

I was very pleased with the work done by Minnesota Exteriors. They replaced our roof, replaced all of our windows, sided the entire house, installed gutters and also installed a new front door. The work was of very high quality and the service from Troy D and Annjannette P was totally awesome! Our house now looks brand new and we continue to get rave reviews from our neighbors and folks passing by. I highly recommend them!
We are thrilled to sign our contract with MEI last week for our sidings and windows project, and we cannot wait to see what our house looks like after the project is completed. Troy Dvergsten was responsive to our needs, and were readily available for questions and any concerns were answered promptly. He is a joy to talk to and work with, honest, friendly, and ethical. A dream combination, and he is the reason why we chose MEI to do our big project! We will post a follow-up update with pictures once the project is completed.
