My second visit was MUCH better than my first. I was considering changing doctors after my first visit but so glad I didn't. Maybe it's the weekend staff....not sure but they were more friendly, knowledgeable about insurance, and seemed more willing to help. Also met Dr Pellet for the first time and hope to see her moving forward. So glad I didn't change!!!

Love, love, love this practice. Because I have had back pain most of my life I sought out a D.O. practice after leaving my other provider due to rude staff. Dr. Smith-Gonzalez, Dr. Lorenzo and the new guy Dr. Hershberger are absolutely amazing! If you are looking for physicians who really care about your overall well being this is the place. Dr. April has massage therapy, acupuncture experience and can relieve your pain with pressure points and her amazing knowledge of the body. Dr. Lorenzo is caring and listens to your concerns and has great empathy and the new guy? Wow Dr. H... is amazing. He does chiropractic/osteopathic manipulation and eases my pain and has helped me understand and fix my aching body. No pain Rx, just caring and investigative medicine that has helped me get back to feeling really great. Thank you Doctors! You have an amazing practice!

I was specifically looking for a new doctor’s office that was a little different from the usual and I definitely found it at Osteopathic Family Wellness. They take a whole body and mind approach to treatment and really listen to your concerns. There’s no just throwing prescriptions at you or rushing you out the door. Both Dr. Smith-Gonzalez and Dr. Lorenzo are very nice and make you feel at ease. The staff is professional and friendly and the atmosphere is chill (they have oil diffusers and salt lamps in multiple places).
