Super kind and extremely friendly staff! Management takes care of everything in a heartbeat! CNAs are all loving and selfless, they will all go above and beyond to help the residents that reside at Bickford of Oswego!

Beautiful place structurally, however behind the scenes could've been from a horror movie...patient abuse, neglect, under staffed, and treated staff horribly...management is very rude and sneaky about scheduled tours, they make sure the night before that everything is done right since several things weren't done correctly or safely for patients and employees....also, CNAs are expected to assist in the kitchen and diningroom and still care for their assigned patients....I worked at nicer nursing homes that were adequately staffed and had kitchen staff so I would never recommend this place to anyone because your loved one will not receive the proper care they deserve since all Bickfords are understaffed...I was shocked that the Mary B unit only had 1 CNA during the day and 1 at night, especially since that is the Memory Care Unit...this is just an over priced nursing home that does not engage in activities with patients, I was lucky to complete kitchen and diningroom duty as well as care for 10 or more patients and answer the phone, so the CNAs actually did 3 jobs: receptionist, CNA and kitchen assistant and that's another issue: the chef was such a jerk but management encourages bullying by joking about how cruel each one would talk to CNAs, especially Simone, whom I don't know how she got her cushy position since I never saw her do anything, infact I never saw management do anything!!
