Was a tenant, did not feel safe at Diamond Apts, tenants with serious mental disabilities lived in studios, tenants smoked in units and smoke traveled throughout the building, snow removal was insufficient, lighting was shut off in backyard to keep bugs from gathering in the light, you can hear talking between apartments, and terrible fights between tenants, physical threats common among tenants, building did not have tornado shelter, they lined up tenants in a hallway near glass front doors during the many tornado warnings “to seek shelter”. Some tenants stayed in their apartments all day afraid of the bullies in the community room. After first year many tenants moved out. Management was hostile to tenants.

My wife has complained for 8 weeks about the generator at phase 2 going off every Tuesday morning at 2am. Nothing has been done. What is the problem?! Now we've been told that it can't be fixed. Well, it was fixed before. But now we're just supposed to live with it?!
Clean, new buildings. The buildings in the area are also nice and new. The food market & some businesses are within walking distance, even for seniors. You must make an appointment to see the manager/sales person. The rent is relatively inexpensive, but if your income is high enough, they won't take you. A small pet is allowed.
