I should preface this by noting that I despise going to the doctor- and my experience was wonderful start to finish. Erin greeted me when I walked into the gynecology waiting room. Because of covid we're obviously wearing masks but I could tell she was smiling at me and made me feel welcome. My appointment was for replacing my IUD which is something I've been dreading for five years and Tina was the KINDEST angel on earth and held my hand and helped me breathe through the process. Give her a raise yall, she's SO phenomenal at her job!!!!!! Raquel completed the procedure quickly and was super nice and the whole thing was more manageable with both of them there. I am so grateful for how sweet everyone was. Thank you

I saw Dr. Kampman as my primary care dr for several years while this was Dreyer. While I live out of state now, my experiences with her were always positive. She was friendly and upbeat and I felt she listened to my concerns. Having x-rays and labs onsite was also convenient.

Doctor was great; can't say that for the receptionists/nurse at the Oswego office. I called to set up a follow-up visit since I was having a reaction to my skin biopsy. The nurse on the phone told me that the doctor would like to see me that day anytime after 3:00, but before 6:15 as the doctor would leave. I got to the Oswego office after 4 when I got off work only to find out that the doctor was not at that location, but at the Aurora location. The receptionist was being difficult and advised that they were waiting for me at the Aurora location. Why didn't anyone tell me this?! How frustrating! So I get to the Aurora office and the receptionist there didn't know who I was or why I was there; couldn't find me in the system. What a mess! Finally, a nurse overheard and got me registered. Also, the Aurora office was way too warm!

My experience has been positive. Friendly staff and have been able to see a doctor on a Sunday in their Walk in locations for my normal copay.

Dr Thomas is extremely nice. Receptionist however, took so long checking me in that the Dr wouldnt see my daughter or me. We had 2 appointments scheduled, and were 4 minutes late. I could see having to reschedule 1 of the appts, but was told we would both have to reschedule. I was told that all my information was gone from the computer because a new system was used. Never told me to come early to put my info in the computer. I have been in for an appt this year, so im not sure how a new system put in last year affected my information. I guess the fact that my family has come to this office for about 9 years now holds no credit. To turn 2 patients away because they were 4 minutes late is absolutely ridiculous! Its pouring rain outside and storming! Needless to say making us feel so insignificant is unacceptable, and we will just find a new dermatologist. Dr Thomas removed some cancer from my hand, and i was just following up with him. I can do that at any dermatologist office! It's a shame, he is really a nice doctor.
