If you are looking for a dealership with amazing customer service look no further! John Hennessy, Jack Daniel, Abraham and more helped me look into ALL my options in purchasing my first car. I am fresh out of graduate school and they helped me not only pick a car that was equip with all my wants and needs but also in my price range. One great example of their customer service was reflected when one of the cars I was interested in did not have Apple CarPlay. They knew this was a feature I wanted so they called multiple tech stores and got information on where I could get it installed if I wanted. They are one in a million and made the whole process of purchasing my first car very enjoyable!

What a pleasure it was to work with Jack and Patty! Drove all the way out from the city to buy from River View. They came out and greeted me when I arrived, had the car we had discussed cleaned up and ready for a test drive. An hour later I was out the door with the keys in my hand! Couldn’t have been an easier or more transparent experience. I even had to go to the bank nearby and when I told the teller I was working with Jack, the teller immediately smiled and told me how they enjoy working with the River View Ford team, too. Their reputation is great within their community. The last car I purchased was 7 years ago and even though I don’t intend to buy another soon, I look forward to coming back here.
