The Reserve at Oswego is like home away from home for those of us who are lucky enough to work there. After all, we spend most of our days there, share mealtimes with our residents, we greet them when they wake for the day, and are often there to say “goodnight”. Our clinical team from Director of Nursing down to our CNA’s impress me everyday with their compassion and tenacity. Our director leads our team in such an amazing way. She motivates us. She listens to us. She laughs with us . The story of how I landed a job at The Reserve seems random and serendipitous. However it was right around the time that my own dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Working with our residents, seeing how much joy there is still to be had and seeing how much love is in our building, has made me so much less scared for what’s down the road with my dad. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity and divine intervention that brought me “home” to the Reserve at Oswego.

I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff at The Reserves!! A month ago my Sisters & I had to make one of the hardest decision to place our Mom into a memory care facility. From the start of our process the Director Erin, & one of the nurses Hatel, were caring and patient while answering all of our questions & concerns. On move in day you can imagine how heavy our hearts were but again the Staff was excellent! It really couldn’t have gone any better.. Jamila the Activities Director was outstanding taking my mother by the hand and showing her around the facility. The care and compassion they have for not only our Mom but for each resident is apparent as we see it every time we visit Alison, the Office Manager has also shown great empathy and concern with updates as to how our mother is doing every day! The entire staff there has been outstanding and you can really tell they love their jobs and their residents! We are confident that our decision in choosing The Reserves was the best one for our Mom & they continue to blow us away daily by their love and concern! You can not find a better memory care facility as we have looked and they are head and shoulders above the rest keep up the great work!!!
My mom, Audrey, has been a resident at The Reserve for a year, and the quality of care she receives on a daily basis is second to none. Before covid, I visited on an almost daily basis. Since things went on lockdown, I am totally confident that Mom is getting the best care, and that she feels like she is surrounded by family, which the staff has truly become. At every level, Mom's best interest is always their concern. Our family feels so lucky to know she is happy, and so well taken care of. Thanks to the ENTIRE staff! The Johnson family
The Reserves staff are truly caring and compassionate, from the top down this organization is united in providing the absolute best care for the residents while also supporting the families. The environment is truly homey and comfortable, and if my Mom could say she likes it she would. Prior to selecting a facility one of my concerns, with being in Florida, was the ability to Facetime; my sisters shared this with Erin, the director and she promptly made it happen. Each time I call the staff go above and beyond in sharing the daily update of Mom, how she is, what she's doing, if she's eating,.. Erin sends out emails weekly to keep families informed of facility news and resident activities - I love seeing pictures of residents! Big thank you to everyone at The Reserves for taking such great care of my Mom and everyone else.
My mother has been at The Reserve for a short while during the Covid crisis and the staff has been amazing. Administrators Erin and Alison are super responsive and keep you up to date with status of your loved one. Small well kept facility that feels very homey.
