Ty came out and took some pictures of water damage/ siding issues and told my wife he would email me in a day or two to explain what's going on what needs to be fixed. 3 weeks later I never heard from him I've called and emailed many times with no answer.. I'm guessing if he sees the opportunity to rake your home owners insurance for a big job u might hear back from him but anything else good luck! Stick to a bigger company who actually calls back and follows up professionally he wasted my time and that delayed my problem being fixed and more water damage.

Recently had roofing / gutter work done on our house due to the hail and storms. Ty was incredibly up-front, honest, fair and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his crews were great. Very communicative throughout the process and explained everything very well when we had questions. When completed for the day, they cleaned up great as well. I absolutely recommend getting in touch with Thiel Roofing if you ever have the need for repairs/replacement to your roof!
I called Ty to come out and provide us with an estimate on a roof repair. He came out was very informative and was able repair the roof where needed. Other roofing companies tried to talk us into a new roof. I would highly recommend Thiel roofing for any repair on your roof large or small!

Ty does incredible work. I consider myself fairly diligent and thorough and Ty exceeded all expectations. His crew was hard working and left my yard neater then when they came. Roof looks incredible. 5 stars around.
