Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a mix up with my appointment getting deleted but they accepted me anyway and I only had a few minutes wait time. The doctor was great and took her time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I found this place through the VSP website and set my appointment 2 weeks in advance with the front desk. I received an email confirming my appointment and it was completely wrong. I called to make sure I had the right date and time. They told me it was fixed. Then I received a second email confirming my new appointment which had the wrong time again. I sent an email making sure I again had the right time and they replied that they fixed it. I got a text message the day before (yesterday) to confirm my appointment which I did. Then I got a call from someone in the front desk to confirm my appointment again... At this point I was like WHOA they either really don't know what they're doing or someone just wants to make sure I'm coming in. So here I am now for my appointment and I present my insurance cards and they let me know that the systems are down and they can't verify my insurance (you'd think they would have done that at the onset when they set up my appointment) . That I will have to pay out of pocket for my exam and that they are so sorry... I should have known that a company that can't get their appointments down right from the get go was going to be a waste of time. Don't waste your time too!

Great eye doctor and friendly staff! I went for a medical evaluation. They’re my favorite for getting my eyeglasses and if I have any eye issues.

I have a very high prescription and get anxious when I have to see a new eye doctor bc they don’t usually listen to me regarding what brand/type of contacts work for me - but this experience was excellent!!!!! Everyone was patient and communicative, and I am very grateful!

As for my first visit, I am pleased with the customer service we received here. The one who assisted me and my husband was Elissa (she was asian) and she was so nice, patient, and really knew her stuff! She was so pleasant! Definitely ask for her when you visit Eyeworks:)
