We decided at about noon on my daughter's birthday to rent a bounce house. Jump City had it delivered to us by 3pm and honored a 2 day rental for the price of 1 deal. The bounce house fit in our garage and was the perfect surprise for our birthday girl...and a great recess during distance learning! We've hosted a birthday party at jump City in years 0ast and it is honestly, the best place for that too! Support a young entrepreneur and get great service all at the same time!

Jump city went above and beyond and helped us out when we got into a bit of a bind!! I am beyond impressed. The whole process was simple and of course the kids had a blast! Everything was clean and set up and take down was quick and professional. Great value. Thank you jump city!!!
Amazing experience and will be renting again! I ordered a jump house the day before my daughter’s birthday party and it was delivered on time no problem - staff were friendly and so easy going! Princess castle jump house (with slide) was definitely a hit for all the kids and kept them busy for the whole party! Thank you Jump City!
Jump City delivered early and picked up late. They were friendly and had no problem with putting up a mega bounce house in the snow or picking up after more snow came! The kids had a blast all weekend jumping! The weather didn't stop them from having fun.
We highly recommend Jump City! They've been great for birthday parties. We also recently had an unexpected issue arise, and Jump City resolved it the same day and without any interruption to our party plans. It says a lot about a company when it stands by its product and solves issues like that. We've been impressed with all aspect of the experience--ordering, delivery, setup, operation, and take down. Highly recommend.
