We absolutely loved our experience at Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa, Kansas. No pressure sales. DJ was amazing to work with and I drove home in the truck I was wanting. I just drove 3 hours to purchase a slightly used 2020 Explorer. DJ made sure to have everything clean and ready (during a snow storm) so we could look over our new to us vehicle before purchase. He did an amazing job taking care of us and explaining every step of the process.
Very courteous and professional individuals! Loved working with them, the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and the financing was better than our local credit union.
