I would have given this place a rating of no stars if I could have. Horrible customer service, from start to finish! The truck was not in good condition. They did not do a pre check on the condition, and are now accusing me of a dent in the top of the track. I would not recommend this place ever! I don't even do reviews on places, but just had to on this place.
These guys took very good care of me and my friends. We hosted a cancer benefit and rented a blow up maze and a Johnny on the spot. Very definition of customer service.
Great service
I reserved a lift several weeks ahead of time for a specific date and was assured that it would be available for pickup at the local store. I called two days before the date I had reserved, to ask about also renting a trailer, and was told they had tried to call me three time (they had the number in wrong) and the person who had the lift out called and reserved it for another week. I was told there may be another one available in another town, but that I would have to make the 50 mile round trip to pick it up. I told them that I had a bunch of people lined up to assist me with my project for the reserved days. That did not make them any difference. Even when I talked to someone who identified himself as one of the owners and asked him about the situation I was told they could not control if someone brought their equipment back or not and they could not bring the out of town lift to the local store for me to pick up as promised, but that I could go and get it myself. This is very poor customer service and the recording they play; when you are on hold says if something is not right to contact them and they will make it right. That definitely is not true.
