Wonderful experience from start to finish. It’s nice to visit a store that has as much insight as Heritage House has. Delivery crew went out of their way to make sure our new Smith Brothers leather chair was in perfect working order and we were happy. Great to see such pride in the products they sell. Will come back for any other furniture needs in the future

I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I got from Jennifer and my new furniture from Heritage House Furniture. I had looked at several other furniture stores and online to find new furniture for my living room that was good quality, the style I wanted, at a reasonable price point. The Norwalk sofa and two chairs, are beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable. Jennifer helped me with fabric and cushion selections, and was great to work with. The cost was in-line with what you would pay at an Art Van or Lazy Boy for custom fabric, but the quality far exceeds those places. I have no reserve referring friends and family to Heritage House, and will definitely be back for future furniture pieces.

Mary helped with selection of two large bedroom pieces, dresser and chest of drawers which turned out beautiful. Delivery was excellent.The delivery team padded rails and were able to carefully navigate some narrow stairs. Thank goodness! Excellent service in store and out.
