Just had to make a service call and I was not the friendliest of customers. But spoke to a Janae who was absolutely wonderful. Mediacom may not deserve a 5 star but this wonderful lady does! Wish all representatives were like her!

Mediacom has a monopoly over the local internet, you can't get anything worth having unless you have Mediacom all while Mediacom actually being not worth having. You get weekly outages, a constant issue of your Nat settings becoming strict and making any form of streaming or connecting with others literally laughable, they constantly \upgrade\ but never tell you so you're using outdated equipment for months, if not years. Only to not be sure if they will even show up to the dates and times you have to schedule for maintenance only for them to not know what to do to fix their faulty equipment before they just switch your modem's out for the 6th time. It's almost unbelievable.

The customer service rep I spoke to was very nice and easy to work with. I’m a new customer and he was very informative. The only downside was the price, I felt they’re a little expensive, however if the service is good perhaps it will be worthwhile. Only time will tell :)

The staff takes care of the customers needs in a timely manner. The best way to change your services from Mediacom, add or remove premium channels, is to go to their office.
