Some of the staff are caring (most of them have resigned) most are their for the pay check. Always short staffed making quality of care poor for the residents. Upper management doesn’t care about staff. Too many family members working for the same company showing a lot of favoritism. Too much shady stuff at this facility for me to be a part of or put my loved one in there. Wouldn’t recommend

I am very impressed with the aids who come to answer my light every time I turn it on and there are a few exceptional AIDS who see me when I've received bad news or I just have a lot on my mind and they stop what they're doing a focus on my needs. I know that these aids have their own lives but the few that go out of their way to make my life and the lives of every person on the hall better, I give a great big thank you from my heart because they do care about us. I can't remember all their names but you know who you are thank you!!!
The administrator of this facility is guilty of neglect. She is obviously just there for a paycheck and nothing else. Michelle Randall has zero ethics and doesn't care about the well being of my Mom at all. If your loved one is in need of a facility like this, find somewhere else!
My Aunt Elaine Dyer was in there in front of the Nurses Station nobody helped her to her Room while she set in her Wheelchair. Then she fell on her Head and died three weeks later. She was there for rehabilitation. SAD That was eight months ago. I miss her.
