originally scheduled them to replace a single pane on my second floor. when they got here they said it was too windy for their ladder. which was understandable, so we scheduled them to come by the next day as a priority replacement. after spending the day trying to reach someone the guy that finally spoke with me was extremely rude and short, denied the scheduled time and called the person at their site that did the rescheduling a liar then hung up on me.
They replaced windshield in a timely manner. Great service!!!!
Great company to work with, they found exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and ordered it for me. The customer service was awesome, they communicated with me throughout the entire process, the staff was helpful and nice when picking up the item. Their pricing was well below other vendors.
