I stumbled on this store while browsing in St Helena. I love Turkish rugs but had no intention of buying another one that day. But the owner Ibrahim is quite charming, knowledgeable and patient. So I couldn’t resist. I LOVE the rug I purchased. It was an all around excellent experience. Definitely recommend. Next door he has another shop filled with eye catching Turkish artifacts. I’ll be back to shop there next time.

My wife and I wandered in to Ottoman while strolling through St. Helena on our most recent trip to Napa in September, 2020. The handmade Turkish mosaic lamps and rugs are amazing. It is truly artwork. Ibrahim and TJ were incredibly customer-focused and a pleasure to interact with. We found a chandelier for a home we are building; TJ shipped it across the country without incident; and we placed it in just the right spot. We will make it a point to stop in the store each year during out Napa trip and encourage you to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent work, awesome customer service. The owner was very kind and very knowledgeable of my area Rug. I had my rug cleaned and Couldn’t believe how they got the stain out amazing work. Thank you very very much. The store is a must see, so many rugs and carpets so worth the drive.

I definitely recommend to visit the Ottoman Art store in St.Helena! It is a beautiful, colorful store, plenty with huge variety of ceramics, mosaic lamps, handmade rugs, boots, and jewelry. The gorgeous rug that I purchased is made from natural materials and it's very easily to vacuum. As a cat lover person, I found unique pillow covers disidned with lovely cats in Picasso style. The attractive Ottoman Art store has favorable and unforgettable atmosphere!

Bought an hand-made Ottoman Silver Bracelet . 400 . "fine silver" I was told. Turns out its mostly nickel and copper. Worth maybe 20 on a good day. Beautiful bracelet. But not honest.

The owner, Ibrahim, was sincerely friendly and helpful. I purchased a rug for my home and it was shipped to us immediately. I received it shortly after I returned from California. We arrived in the late afternoon and Ibrahim opened his store for us. I wish we were there sooner and had time to look at the other items in his stores.
