Customer service was \okay\ ,people over the phone were really short with me. We requested an early pickup but were denied because their were no available campers at that time,ok not anyways fault but prior to calling the Limrick location I emailed the person who made our reservations. She was very pleasant and recommended taking the standard RV instead of the bigger one we booked initially,with doing this we were able to leave earlier. I feel the person overvtge phone could have been more patient and looked for other options,oh well. Upon picking up the RV it looked like they spent maybe 5 min cleaning it. With covid I was hoping they would put more effort into the cleanliness of it. When we got home to load up I opened the fridge and their was stinky ,yellow standing water in the buckets. I had to spend an additional 30min cleaning and sanitizing the RV before allowing my young kids to step it. We ran into a few issues,leaking window and roof when rained,no blackout curtains for the top vent so woken up early morning to a bright sun in your face. The tank water sensor was always on full even when we emptied it numerous time. Called support and we were told that we might have a faulty sensor. The last issue was every time we used lysol or hand sanitizer the detector would go off and beeped for about 20min. Very annoying but at least they were working. All in all we enjoyed our camping experience in an RV buuuut will probably go with another company. I was very disappointed that with Covid going on the RV was not very clean and the workers at the Limrick PA location were not wearing masks....

Best decision I have made in a long time! I used a Cruise America RV from Ottsville for a family road trip to Florida. Pete was very down to earth and professional. He answered any and all questions that I had. The RV we got was the perfect size. It was fairly new and very clean. Pete checked us out and checked us back in. Returning it was no hassle and super easy-just adding to our positive experience! I’ll be renting from them again!

The unit we rented was ready to go when we arrived at our appointed time. It was clean and Pete gave us a thorough tour of the camper and answered all of our questions. Great experience!
