The service is okay. Only my second experience here at the service department and this one was less inspiring than the first. All personnel I came in contact with did technically wear a mask but some even when dealing with customers didn't wear it close to properly. The waiting room has signs in chairs indicating do not sit in order to maintain spacing but the spacing is far less than 6 feet ( maybe two feet... Seriously no where close to CDC recommendations) There were way too many people in that small of a space. I opted to stand outside for the majority of the time to avoid the overcrowding and risk exposure. My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation... Time in to time out was 2 hours 15 minutes which seems excessive for the service performed. On the up side.. Staff is friendly and the price was very reasonable. In background conversations I heard service reps being informative and genuinely helpful to customers on the phone. All things considered though I will be searching for alternative shops or do what I've done for many years and do it myself. Nothing inspired confidence for the long haul.
