Outdoor Living on the Bay is an exceptional company. From day one customer service was second to NONE. Our experience revolves around the polite, prompt, and sincere communications provided by Dawn. The product, although of highest quality would not mean a thing if the professional attitude and communication was not present during the transaction. The delivery of the product also exceeded our expectations. Frank and his partner were courteous, caring and respectful of our property. Since we are doing a self installation of the enclosure, Frank took the time to explain the entire installation process. We have already recommended the product (and Dawn) to neighbors who have admired the quality of our serenity enclosure. We plan to upload pictures once the project is completed. Given the quality and support provided throughout the process, we are confident that we will enjoy many years of satisfaction with the product. We are certain that the old adage \ you get what you pay for\ must have been coined based on the customer experience as well as the quality of the product. A sincere \thank you\ to the entire staff.

I went with this company based on positive reviews, I believe they go by serenity enclosures also, all those reviews and these are buy family members of the owner. That should of been a red flag. They offer a quality product but highly over priced. Charged over 600 to install a shower enclosure but I could of done better myself. They had amateurs that were drunk by noon!!!! On my property last summer. I thought for the price I was getting professional work not drunks who had no clue what to do.... GO ELSEWHERE THE OWNER IS NICE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY
I was referred to this company by a neighbor who had a great experience with them. I am glad he directed me to them. The product is superior to all other outside shower, including the ones sold at Home Depot and Lowes. The price was very reasonable but the service was superb. Todd and his team treated me like a king and made me feel like I was their only customer. If you are looking to install an outside shower you should purchase from nowhere else but these professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented company.
