Ordered some replacement parts for my snowblower two weeks ago - they have yet to even ship the item even though I paid 9.00 for faster shipping. And they won't bother contacting you or communicating any delays. You just have to try and stay on them I guess to make sure they actually do their job. I'd get my parts from another store to avoid any headaches. Edit: Got my order refunded. They've been out of stock for weeks and just decided to let me sit around thinking my order was coming instead of providing good customer service and communicating with a customer. Additional Edit: Don't believe the response from them. They never attempted to contact me. I had to reach out to them after waiting weeks. They're just trying to deflect blame for poor customer service. Just look at all the other reviews - they're notorious for not shipping items or mixing up orders.

I ordered an echo pb 2620 for 200 dollars. It took this company a month to ship the item. Then to add insult to injury they sent me a 150 dollar leaf blower model echo pb 2520. .dont buy from this company they will screw you over.

My initial telephone contact with Outdoor Power Sales & Service was excellent. However, it has been 26 days since I placed and was billed for my order and between contacting USPS and Outdoor Power I have had no help locating my order. Very frustrating. Thank you Larry for following up with your shipping service-USPS and resolving my problem. I appreciate your help. Sad/scary times for USPS.

I stopped in late in the afternoon, in need of a mower and a few other smaller items. The employee quickly got my purchase ready, loaded it up for me and I was on my way home to mow. I prefer to shop local and I’ll be referring people to them!
