These guys amaze me, in and out in a flash, best phone system i have had in the 20 years i have been in business. I would not look elsewhere for help with my phones again. They even helped me fix a network problem while they were here and didn't even charge me for it, Thanks guys!

Gave them a one star because a zero is not an option. Giving full disclosure, I'm not a direct customer. However since I am suppose to be receiving wifi signal at Ceraland campground, I can claim aggrieved status indirectly. The wifi was to be made available on April 1, 2016. Since that date I did excersize wifi usage perhaps 5 days total. Why the wifi signal is not made available on a consistent basis, remains a mystery. The reasons have been numerous to explain it's absence. So, rather than ask the question when is it going to be made available on a consistent basis, the question should be, why was the task ever attempted? There are apparently more reasons why it won't work than reasons why it should. I am amazed that so much time and labor can be afforded to a product that remains unavailable to those that were promised its usage. July 29, 2016 update Ceraland and CCI tried for more than 100 days to resolve the wifi issues. Chris Bruer of Network X finally comes into play and makes the wifi operational in 4 hours. So, it would seem to me, if you want a working wifi network, it would be better to contact Chris Bruer of Network X

Not a very knowledgeable staff and they charge you for their incompetence.
