Stacy always comes through when I need to order merchandise for my work. She always gives me the best price around and delivers on time!
Seemed put off that I was going to get bids from other custom t-shirt companies. There are numerous things to consider when picking someone you want to do business with. Price is one of them. I came into their physical location to meet them, look at their product, and see how it looked and felt and discuss ideas and what they had available for me. I got brushed off as soon as I mentioned I would be getting bids from multiple companies. I was told they were not going to be bottom nickle (sic.) Being given a card and told to email the information when I'm standing in your store is not good customer service, and for me that is a huge part of the sale.
Dalton Ink provided me with a creative personal approach to designing and delivering my custom t-shirts for a group of 10 friends. Stacy and her design team listened to me in what I wanted and created 3 different designs for my group of my friends and I to choose from. One we made our final selection, Stacy had the t-shirts printed and delivered within days. Dalton Ink made the payment process seamless for my friends and I by allowing each of us to pay via credit card on their secure website. I highly recommend Dalton Ink to create your custom t-shirts.
