They were Awesome! I had been renting from Hertz for the last 62 days. Then suddenly they decided to NOT do my new car rental. I left there!! CALLED Enterprise!! They came to pick me up as I'm disabled. Got me in rental for 1 week. Josh & Brittany were the bomb!! Happy Client for life!!

My company paid for my car rental and the only car they had to give me was a Jeep Wrangler which I didn't like. I asked for a replacement vehicle and were calling them for a few days until they finally had another car to give me. I was given a Camero and was told there was no need to sign any additional paperwork. Once I left Enerprise I noticed that the windshield was cracked but didn't bother to call them because I thought they new since they took the car back from someone and they probably did know. I took the picture of the windshield as soon as I arrived at the hotel, just in case. Few weeks later I received an email asking me to pay for damages. Seems they are trying to charge multiple people for the same thing. I replied to the email saying they should contact my company but they keep emailing me to pay for the damage that wasn't even done by me.

I rented an Enterprise car in Shelbyville Indiana and on the way to Denver, Colorado I ran into a front collusion malfunction problem. In Overland Park Kansas I was able to get ahold of this Enterprise and they were more than happy to exchange the car with no problems whatsoever. Great customer service. Great commitment to its customers

Full of it! Switch and bait tell you one price on the phone when you get there it's another. Also the car that I rented had burn holes,and not clean see photos.
