Nice gentleman who bought my father’s old model train set. Very fun looking store. I did have to follow up on the phone with him days later, as he didn’t call me as he said he would, but otherwise a friendly and honest man.

I guess the man who works here is too busy to help or answer questions. Lost potentially lifelong customers with the non-service and attitude. The train set in the middle of the shop seemed to be way more important than we were. We'll be patronizing any other model train store (even online) before stepping foot in this place again. Disappointing and I wish I could give negative stars. Not the customer service we expected at all.

I should never go there as it is impossible to get out without a purchase. The prices are good and Frank is very friendly. I would visit more often if ithe store was not across town from my home. If you are into model trains it is worth a visit.
