Nathan, Bruce, and John are great! Rented a mini skid from them and I managed to pop a track twice. Each time the service guys were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Brought a replacement machine each time even though it was my fault. Will be returning for future business.
Outstanding experience with Nathan and Gerken Rent-All in Overland Park. Had to find a way to get a hot tub up on 10 Ft high deck. Needed to find a telehandler machine that could fit between narrow space due to houses and landscaping. Tried several places who said they knew of no machine narrow enough. Reached out to Nathan who found us a telehandler that was only 6 feet wide and could lift the hot tub high enough and extend far enough to reach the deck. Machine was perfect for the job and Nathan even surveyed the situation to ensure it would work. Couldn't have gotten the job done without him and Gerkin's equipment. My wife is ecstatic and we all know \happy wife is a happy life\. Thanks Nathan and Gerkin Rentals!!! Won't go anywhere else to rent equipment.
