Step back into the 60s and 70s cause that's how this place is run.
Heartland over charges for parts and labor and boxes and handing fees. Our company will be dumping 800 Toughbooks next year for another brand. We have done business Panasonic for years, but this year we are done with this repair center. Keys are 20 for docking stations but shipping is 35.00 WOW! This place will be going out of business soon. Before you purchase a Toughbook, may want to ask some of your local police departments with the service Panasonic has brought to them. DONT BUY PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK. OVERPRICED - YOU CAN GET OTHER BRANDS FOR MUCH LOWER.
terrible-overcharged deceptive and unclear re warranty. Will never use them again and try to go local or w/another brand if this is who panasonic relys on for all of their repairs.
