These guys were extremely helpful give me an initial phone consultation, including a screen share. They really helped educate me on the demolition options we had for and older farm house that is on an acreage property that we recently purchased. It is rare these days for people to be this nice and offer this much information and service prior to a sale. If we ending up needing demo for this project, KC Demo will be on the top of our short list. Thanks again guys!

We have hired KC Demo for several jobs and have worked with Frank. He is wonderful to work with and we have been so pleased by the work of his foreman and team. What impressed us the most is they treat your home as if it were their own and they clean up the jobsite when they are finished. We highly recommend KC Demo!
I found this company online and went to talk to them at their office. I met Frank who was very helpful and gave me a lot of information about the work they do. I was surprised to find out that they could get me into their schedule quickly. Once onsite their guys were great! They were very clean and did a great job picking everything up (even cleaned the window sills). I will definitely call them again for my next demo job.

KC Demo removed a wall from our backyard. Crew showed up on time with a project manager and foreman. They did a great job of removing the concrete block wall in just a few hours. Then the crew did an excellent job of cleaning the patio and work area. Highly recommend them.
