I had a very bad experience with this company. The appraiser didn't even account for my basement that is around 1000 SQ FT and just remodeled by a pro 3 years ago. When I called the person who owns the place he said it was a mistake and he will fix it.. My fiancee who has sold homes over 20 years and also called and they said it was a mistake and will adjust it..They never did and then never called us back or anything!! They came in well under county appraisal and that never happens. Just a very bad deal all around.. Good thing that the bank is refunding us because they also can tell when a mistake is made.. Save your time and .. I just gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me do 0 ! Do not waste money and time that is all they did for me... I did add photos just so people can see my basement its the first pic .. I run a business so I understand how important it is to return calls and do what you say!
