An IT oasis in an otherwise relatively barren midwest that my friends in other states are always jealous of. I've never had any issues here outside of maybe something being out of stock. Always good prices, always helpful staff, and they're being very careful to keep people healthy and happy. Highly recommend going here if you're in need of PC parts or just tech in general.

I've grown to really like this place. Good people. Be sure to go to their site and research a big purchase online and triangulate with a sales consultants' advice before buying. Watch for upselling, but everybody there's really willing to help. Late weeknights are better than week_ends. Late-night is less busy and they'll stay open 'till you're done transacting. Generally, compare prices online before buying too, obviously. --Update. Nice place-usually. They are good about honoring their service contracts and return policies; the employees are knowledgable. I wish they'd give better information about their policies. The employees seem overworked and tired-such is the age of the Coronavirus: no harm, no foul there.

Their broken website has lead not only myself, but others to the store under false hopes of a 3060 ti graphics card being available for purchase in store only. At the same time, they've got some really great prices on the items they do have in stock, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. They're great people, but it seems like someone needs to talk with IT about the inventory problem.

Love going to micro center for when I need prosumer grade products and have everything that I could need. The only thing I that bothers and irritates me is when I know what I need and just want to get in and out with out having an employee hovering over me while I shop. I made several mentions to an employee that I know what I need and they would not let me shop by myself. I do need to mention that the employee would glance over at my phone to see what I’m looking up. I personally feel that this is an invasion of privacy and personal space. I understand the importance of customer service but this is just too much to where a customer can not shop in peace. This has happened on more than one occasion and for this reason it does deter me from wanting to shop in person.

Love this store, excellent business model. The in store only buys are much appreciated for the current scalping market. One con is that the website is slow on updating store stock so be sure to go early or call ahead to make sure it's still in stock. Also the suggesting of warranties gets a little much at times. I'm sure it's because they probably make commission off these, but it might be a turn away for some.
