If it wasn't for the happy friendly guy that helped us when we first walked in the door I would give the customer service NO stars. We checked out and spent over 160.00 and I asked dude (a different guy) to email my receipt AFTER I forced him to take my Rewards number. Well he didn't email it and I need to make a return. Thankful that the purchase shows up on my credit card. Merry Christmas.
Consistently I am able to come into this Office Depot and whether I am using the print services or looking for organizer items for my office I am met with courteous and helpful staff. Especially the helpful print team. Always quick and knowledgable.
