Having a bathroom flood three days before Christmas is a bummer. Phoenix R&R of KC came in quickly on the day we had to demo our bathroom to dry it out and over the next few weeks coordinated 4 different contractors who were fast and quality and friendly. We felt we made friends with each. Emily Schmidt our rep with Phoenix, listened to us and met our every request and came with every contractor to ensure communication was clear between us and the work that was done. We were so encouraged and pleased. We will use Phoenix R&R of KC in the future, hopefully not for disaster scenarios like our bathroom before Christmas! ;o)

This team was so fast, friendly, trustworthy, professional and efficient. Scott, Landon, Alonzo and Daniella came in and got right down to business and made the mess better in minutes! We even laughed a little. This is an awesome company to call when things happen to your house, that are not so great!

Emily Schmidt came in a matter of hours just a few days before Christmas to get us a bid and coordinated a team of 4 contractors to repair a dried out water damaged bathroom in a very old home. All the contractors were fast, quality and friendly. Emily listened to all our requests and exceeded our expectations. We will hire her again if the need arises we trust her professionalism.

Called and talked to Victoria the receptionist.seceral.times.ans she was really. Nice. I sad even if not.prefered that I still.ewnted them to come out even if it was not using the contract of usaa . Victoria was very nice and told me that was not a problem. They said that they turned off their contract with USAA cause of demand even though they showed as an option through our insurance It was a referral from our insurance company. I said regardless of whether being contracted with USAA that I'd like to still schedule with them and they sent me on a call back for Wednesday appointment. I called Tuesday to check in and then was transferred to a Drew that told me that they would not keep our appt even though they had us in their schedule already to be seen when they could.for assessment. She ended up hanging up on me. They should have told me Friday even if it was not usaa time lones. They still.would.not.see.us...

From what I can see Phoenix Renovation offers two levels of service. In January I used them when pipes burst in my basement and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were flooded. The repair work was to be covered by my home owner’s insurance. Service was exceptional and their work was perfect. I was so pleased when the job was completed. I had other work that needed immediate attention on my home and wanted to use them again. The difference was this work I wanted done would not be covered by my insurance. I was going to pay this out of pocket. Money was in my account and I was ready to go. On July 24th they came to my home and I showed them the work I needed done. I actually had 3 jobs I wanted done but told them them that one job was priority and I just had enough money to pay for that. I would save up and get the other two jobs done later this year. The job I wanted done first was not a big job; probably 3,000 at most. Now here it is August 16 and I still have no quote. I have contacted the project manager 4 times and each time he assured me that he would get the quote to me by Wednesday. Well 3 Wednesday’s have passed and still no quote. It’s blatantly clear that they aren’t interested in my business. I’ve decided to go with a different contractor. I’m so disappointed because my first interaction with them was so positive. I guess the work I needed done was too small. I just wish they had told me that in the beginning. I would have totally understood. I think this is a great company to use if the work is covered by insurance or if you have big projects and a lot of money to spend.
