Troy came out and replaced a pump and upper console on our 8 yr old Dimension One hot tub. Runs like new. Would absolutely recommend!

Called Pool and Patio because I had an emergency with my hot tub heater. My (previous) pool service company was going to charge me 1059 for a heater repair part (plus labor) but the same part at Pool and Patio was 595. Troy came out next day to install the part but he noticed that he could keep the header and just replace the broken sensor kit (130). I would have been fine with the 595 but Troy went above and beyond to fix the problem and save me money. Because of that honesty they have my loyalty and my business going forward. Ask for Troy, strongly recommend him.
