All the Doctors were great listeners and helped me find solutions where I felt comfortable and cared for completely. Staff was all very professional. The Nurses were very caring and compassionate. This is a great hospital and an excellent facility to receive care in the area. Food quality was exceptional, like eating at a restaurant everyday.

St. Luke’s South ER should only be used when your primary doctor is not available, you need something non-life threatening like stitches, or as a very last resort. True emergencies should go to a hospital experienced in serious emergencies. The nurses and staff really need education on how to interact with worried patients and family members. They are rude, judgmental, and only add fuel to the fire. They will do the bare minimum to help the patient. I have no confidence in this facility.

I had surgery yesterday and I wish I could give this hospital negative stars. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE HERE! I have unfortunately spend a lot of time in hospitals and this is by far the worst! Nobody tells you what is going on, nobody will help you with anything and nobody cares! I have never been this upset! I feel like I am in prison and they threw away the key. CHOOSE ANY OTHER HOSPITAL! Only hood thing is the nurses (3 out of the 7)have been really nice, but their hands are tied and nice doesn't really matter when you are in the hospital. I have literally been crying since I got here.

They were good with my cousin Britney when my baby cousin was born but wasn’t very great Emergency room service. But nice people and doctor except for nurse Whitney the nurse who was in-front of the emergency room entrance was such a mean jerk.
