Like many, I haven't used an old-school professional travel agent in decades until just recently when facing a seriously complicated travel situation. What can I say; I was blown away by the service we got from Chuck Spina! Everything was taken care of with no surprises other than that everything was done right and made easy for us. We felt like VIPs while getting really good deals and outstanding value. This is what the kids would call an OG travel agency :) *Highly recommended*

For about 8 years now, Chuck has given us excellent service going above and beyond what a travel agent needs to do. He is organized, detailed, and he cares. Included in our many vacations, he has planned several elaborate European vacations for us without a hitch. The hotels he recommends are of high quality and offer top notch service. He thinks of everything you may need to have consistently beautiful trips! I highly recommend him for all of your travel needs!!
We cannot say enough about our travel expert Chuck, with Red Scarf Travel. He planned every detail on our month long United Kingdom trip in 2019. The trip was an unforgettable experience. With his expert advise, we have an Alaska cruise/land trip and a 21 day Europe-Tans Atlantic cruise for 2021. Chuck is friendly, professional and well informed . We would definitely recommend Chuck for all your vacation needs. And may I add , he always-always responds very promptly to our request or concerns. We would not consider planning travel without his expect advice.
I have planned several tours with Red Scarf Travel. I am not sure if I have ever encountered someone as knowledgeable as Mr. Spina, especially about Italy. He knows most of Europe like his own backyard, finding all kinds of culinary gems and intimate locations to get much more than a typical tourist experience. They have flawless planned my trips taking care of everything from lodging to local transportation. I have been working with Chuck for my travel needs for more than a decade. Never has he let me down. Once, in Iceland, I needed a car pronto.
