Why continually tell people the wait is an hour when several people have been waiting 2 hours? It was an hour after you filled out a slip to come in an acknowledge check in. Now the wait after check in is over another hour so far. Someone else said they have been here three hours. Congratulations on being this busy. Should you re-evaluate staffing during peak times such as Saturdays?

I considered this place for myself until I noticed this sign in their lobby saying they do not treat non vaccinated people... I have a special needs family member that can’t get vaccinated because of an allergic reaction they have to some of the chemicals that are commonly found in most vaccines. This seems a little rude and cruel to people who would like to get vaccines but can’t for health reasons. Plus, if the vaccines work like they tell us they do, the people at risk are those not vaccinated, so why refuse them care? Why is a vaccinated staff scared of non vaccinated people?

Quick and easy, rather come here than my doctor office. Blood work can be done in clinic with other test. Super sweet staff in the back, I will say the front 2 girls attitudes are not professional nor nice. I think if they found 2 people that cared and had passion up front it would help the atmosphere here. You don’t see them jumping up to clean, a lady had COVId and they did not clean the surfaces she touched.

The only reason I went to this location for treatment was because of rapid covid19 testing otherwise I would not have gone. Apparently there is a quota of how many covid tests they can do. So it was raining and a line of people were standing outside. If they weren't sick before, they probably will be from that. One by one each patient was being let into the building like cattle. No greetings. Terrible bedside manner. I could hear nurses giggling about patients in the hall. I don't plan on ever going back.

The staff made me wait outside in the cold for an hour even after telling them my ride wouldn’t be back for an hour. I told them I had been exposed to the Covid 19 virus by a family member who tested positive 3 days before my arrival. (She said I was ONE person too late so I was refused services) Nothing I said made any difference to them but what truly upset me was the lack of compassion in this facility. The two heavier set women that were working up front, to put it simply, they were god awful human beings. Maybe choose a profession where you’re not around people all day? Not an ounce of kindness. Rude staff and rude doctor for making me wait out in this 30 degree weather. To everyone who reads this, please look at their “newest” ratings first before choosing to come here. Apparently they’ve gone down hill a ton.
