Eric arrived exactly on time to install hardware in two bathrooms. The work was efficient and exactly as promised. He took the time to explain the precise quote before work began. After he left, we noticed the water temperature from one faucet was not as hot so I left him a message and he showed up on his own time the following morning to make the adjustment. I am very impressed with the speed, accuracy and honesty of this crew and I will definitely use Half Moon for all my future plumbing needs.So good to support a local business!!

Half Moon Plumbing is awesome! My conventional water heater was dying and I wanted use the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless. Dustin was very professional on the phone when discussing the service I needed. He walked me through the process, went over exactly what work would be required, and answered my questions well. He made sure to cover cost as well as potential areas the work may not go as planned based on how my house was laid out. We set a future date for the work, but as fate would have it, my water heater completely died later that night, and when I called Dustin again to urgently move up the timeline, he made it happen! Eric showed up later that day to do the work. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and his quality of work is exceptional! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for plumbing work.
Sam was able to make it out for a same-day call (showed up even earlier than the time they quoted me) when I had a burst pipe and the water to the house was off. Quickly located the burst pipe and got it replaced so we could get our water turned back on. Great experience!
