Took my 14 yrs old granddaughter in to learn how to do a \light\ smokey eye. The woman that helped her didn't listen to anything we said. She gave her a very \dark\ smokey eye. Granddaughter was so embarrassed and crying on our way to restroom to take it all off. That woman ruined our fun day. The store was good.
I hadn't gone to this Sephora in a very long time, because I don't like feeling ignored, especially when I'm spending money. I pass by it every week, so I stopped today because it is so convenient. It was the first time a sales person in this particular Sephora ever greeted me. When she rang me up, she asked if I wanted a sample of anything. She had all of the friendliness and professionalism as Sephora reps in the mall. I would've gotten her name, had I known I'd be asked to rate tee shop.
I stopped shopping here the minute Ulta opened up. The last time I was in there one employee was doing a persons makeup, not a big deal because she was actually working, and the other three were behind the register just talking. I was even greeted. The sad part is that I was one of three people in the store (one getting her makeup done). After fifteen minutes one of the other customers accidentally knocked something over and that’s when they stopped talking and did their job. It was just a constant issue every time I went in there and normally happened when the bleach blonde with pale skin was left in charge.
Ask for Madison, she is very helpful. Consider applying for a JC Penney cards through her at Sephora.
