Took our potbelly pig to get clipped. He didn't want to go with strangers but was told once they got him settled he was such a good boy. The doctor called and gave a detailed report. Went to pick him up , night staff was just as great as everyone working that morning. Wilbur did not like the idea of leaving the warmth to come out to the car with his man parts shaved but he was just as high as can be. So he was calm all the way home. Great after surgery follow up instructions. This was the best experience with a vet I've ever had!

We have been taking our pets to SAHO now for 15 years. The care that is given there is second to none. Every doctor that we have used has gotten down on our dogs level and checked them out, so they felt more comfortable and at ease. We have now been using the same doctor for about the last 12 years and could not be happier and would never change.
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Showed up at 8pm with no call or anything. They came right out got our information and got our pup right in to be seen. Was extremely fast, efficient and helpful. No one likes going to the vet but this place makes it extremely easy and all want to help as much as they can in any way
Always super helpful and nice. I have used Dr. Metcalf and Dr.Palmer and both ladies are awesome and treated my Blue Moon very well!!
It's hard to write any sort of positive review when your pet died after care at the hospital. I think when using a very large facility, sometime communication fails between the staff as well as with patrons. My only input is to be vigilant in expressing your opinion if you think there is an issue when picking your pet up following even the most routine surgery-and that applies to ANY vet hospital.
